Demand Origin Labels for Food Ingredients

Many common ingredients in packaged foods and beverages are coming from China and other countries and entering our food supply without inspection and without consumers’ knowledge. Tell your representatives in Congress to pass a law requiring country of origin labeling for ingredients from outside the U.S. on all packaged foods.
Also, please send an email to the companies you buy products from and urge them to include the country of origin for each ingredient that comes from outside of the U.S. on their labels.
We have a responsibility as consumers to make informed choices for ourselves and our families, but we cannot do that if food companies refuse to provide such vital information as where an ingredient comes from.
