What is the first thing you think about when someone says the word ‘Diet’ to you? Do you think about having to starve yourself?  Do you think about having to eat things that you don’t like?  Do you think about not eating all of the things that you love?  (some of that is going to be true.) The vast majority of the things that most people think about, isn’t going to true.  Not if you actually want to learn how to lose weight fast!

When people put themselves on one of those starvation diets, they put their body into a bad situation.  Their metabolism slows down because they are not getting what they need lose weight fast to work properly and then all the calories they have, currently, are not used by the body but stored as fat IN the body.

You need to eat plenty of food to keep your body’s metabolic rate up as high as you can.  That is what is burning the fat off and you won’t have to exercise as much to get the same weight loss result!
